BIO COCONUT FLOUR
Finely ground coconut flour is produced by grinding the coconut (Coconut nucifera L.) pulp after pressing the oil. It contains a high proportion of fiber and up to 16 % protein.
Ingredients: 100% organic coconut flour. Gluten-free product.
Use: Replace a portion of the normal flour in your recipes, but add more fluid as it binds water due to its high fiber content. Excellent in sweet and savory pastries, pancakes or in the mines, but also in unbaked goodies. Suitable for thickening sauces, soups, frying mixtures or oatmeal. Super ingredient in smoothie – thick fruit or vegetable cocktails.
Store in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
