How to Use: Chia seeds can be sprinkled or ground up on top of other foods. They can also be mixed into smoothies, breakfast cereals, energy bars, granola bars, yoghurt, tortillas and bread. Perfect for preparing chia seed pudding, as they absorb 12 times their weight in liquid when soaked and they develop a nice gel texture. Unlike flax seeds, chia seeds are digestible whole and do not need to be ground.
